A listing built on your hours
Regular, late and holiday hours entered day by day, and rechecked after every long weekend.
Richmond’s food runs from the dim sum rooms and hot pot tables of Golden Village to Food Street on Alexandra Road, the bubble tea counters and bakeries around Richmond Centre, and Steveston, where Fisherman’s Wharf sells seafood straight off the boats. Nearly every one of those meals starts on a phone map.
Searches here are precise about time: richmond bc 24 hour dim sum, richmond bc all day dim sum, dim sum richmond bc open now. Three of the seven dim sum suggestions are about when you serve, not what. Vague or outdated hours drop you out of those answers.
Many diners are visitors. The Canada Line reaches downtown Vancouver in about 25 minutes and runs to YVR, so a table near a station can be found by someone just off a flight. And the “bc” matters: leave it off and Google suggests other Richmonds, including one in Ottawa.
Search demand
Every phrase here is a live Google.ca suggestion from October 2026, copied letter for letter.
Three needs stand out. Diners want to know whether you are serving now (open now, late, all day), whether you cook the dish they crave (dim sum, hot pot, Korean BBQ, a bakery case) and where you are relative to a place they know (Richmond Centre, Golden Village, the Steveston harbour). Answer all three in readable text and a neighbourhood kitchen can hold its own.
Common gaps
We see these on Richmond restaurant listings every week. None take long to fix.
A photo of the printed menu tells Google very little. Add dish names, prices and dietary notes as text, and keep the photo too.
If the kitchen runs to 1 a.m. on Fridays but the listing says 10 p.m., every late search that night misses you.
Many restaurants share a plaza or a mall. Without the unit number and plaza name, visitors walk the wrong row of storefronts.
Menus in Chinese or Korean as well as English each need their own page and language tags; mixed pages rank poorly.
The work
Regular, late and holiday hours entered day by day, and rechecked after every long weekend.
Dishes, set menus and prices as text, grouped the way diners actually search.
Separate addresses and tags for menu pages your team writes or has translated. We do not translate.
A monthly habit of new pictures of dishes, the room and the storefront.
Posts timed for spot prawn season, the night market months and holidays.
Calls, direction requests and site visits from Google, explained without jargon.
Done carefully
Each industry has its own regulators and pitfalls. Here is where we draw the line for this one.
A diner should walk in and find the menu, prices and hours exactly as your listing described them.
Google removes reviews it believes were bought, traded or written by staff, and the Competition Act prohibits misleading advertising, which fake reviews can fall under. We keep your listing to what anyone can check: real dishes, prices, hours and reviews.

A plain monthly report on calls, messages and rankings, and the plan for the month ahead.
Questions
Usually the Google hours do not match, or an old holiday entry is still overriding them. We check each day, clear stale entries and mention late service on the website so the two agree.
If you serve English and Chinese readers, give each language its own page, address and language tag, written by your team or a professional translator. We build that structure; we do not translate.
People look up richmond night market hours all season, and some hunt for a favourite stall later. A simple page saying where to find you each season, and the rest of the year, keeps those customers.
In map results distance weighs heavily, so someone near Aberdeen Centre or No. 3 Road usually sees nearby places first. Steady reviews, accurate hours and clear menus give you a fair chance.
Starter is $300 a month, Growth $500 and Pro $700, in Canadian dollars and billed monthly with no long contract. Hours fixes can show in calls within weeks; menu pages take longer.
